Gezelschap Leeghwater is always looking for new partnerships to help students prepare for their career.

We try to inform students as best as we can about their opportunities after their study. With about 4000 Mechanical Engineering students we are the biggest study association in Delft and we therefore have an extensive reach in the university. What typifies the study Mechanical Engineering, is its broadness in discussed topics together with a solid basis in physics and mathematics. Furthermore, all knowledge is applied in pratice in the several projects that the students do. Topics that are covered include statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechatronics and many more. The results is an all-round technically educated student with strong analytical thinking that can work in wide variety of fields. As a result, students end up at many different sectors such as offshore, consultancy, high-tech, ICT, financial and of course engineering companies.

There are several activities that Gezelschap Leeghwater organises that companies can be a part of. During the year we organise lunch lectures, company visits and business cases and more. These are often things that our committees organises, for example a business tour. In addition to organising our own activities we also have several possibilities to promote your activities. For more information about this you can always contact us.
